Information, Applications and Procedures for:
Russia Business Visas

Due to high call volume, a dedicated toll-free number for Russian visas has been established. Please call 1-800-417-4023 for a Russia Visa Specialist.

Notice 2012-05-15
Due to a new visa procedure incorporated by the Outsourcing company that processes Russia visa applications, RUSH processing is not a guarantee and may be extended. Purchasing non refundable tickets is not recommended and A Briggs is not responsible for the delays. Please allow additional time for processing.

Effective September 9, 2012, US citizens are now eligible for multiple-entry business, homestay/private, humanitarian and tourist visas that are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of issue of the visa. For these visas, each individual stay must be no longer than 6 months, and your passport should be valid 6 months beyond visa expiration date of the visa.

A valid passport and visa are required to enter Russia. Americans arriving without valid passports and the appropriate visa may not be permitted to enter and will be subject to a fine and immediate deportation at the traveler's expense.

Immunization Requirements: Please see the Center for Disease Control for the current immunization requirements for travel abroad. Be sure to click on all countries to which you are traveling to review the immunization requirements for each.

Please follow the instructions below. After you read all the instructions, if you have any questions, call us at 1-800-417-4023 before you start the process.

Items required to secure your visa to Russia.

If your passport expires within six months, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

The Embassy of Russia requires your passport be signed prior to submission. If you are acquiring a new passport book through A Briggs, the new passport book must be returned to you, signed, and then returned to A Briggs; additional shipping fees apply to all shipments made on an A Briggs shipping account.
